Lisa Cullina MChSI, MNRRI
B.Sc. (Hons) Podiatric Medicine
I am a university trained healthcare professional who specialises in diagnosing and treating abnormal conditions of the lower limb and foot. Podiatric care significantly improves people’s quality of life by promoting and maintaining mobility, relieving pain and treating infections.
I specialise in podiatric acupuncture and biomechanics of the foot and ankle. Through these assessments I am able to advise on strengthening and stretching exercises as well as prescribe orthotics which help to realign your foot and body posture. Orthotics can also be helpful for foot pain, arch or heel pain (Plantar Fasciitis), Leg or knee pain (Shin Splints), Lower back pain, Bunions or toe deformities and reoccurring calluses or corns.
I am qualified in nail surgery for removing painful ingrown or problematic toenails. I also provide general podiatric nail and skin care also known as chiropody.
I am also a qualified reflexologist and work with my patients post-surgery to eliminate joint stiffness and promote healing. Reflexology also influences circulation during the recovery process following a foot injury or surgery. I provide holistic podiatric care to help you put your best foot forward .
